Pley Early Years is owned and managed by Ms. Aliya Arshad. Aliya spent seven years in banking after which she took a break to start a family. Her interest in early years education began while nurturing her little children and she decided to pursue a career in early years education instead of returning back to banking.  Aliya has worked in several British nurseries in the UAE as a teacher and has completed CACHE Level 3 Certification for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (England) (QCF).

Passion for young children and a deep desire to raise awareness towards the importance of early years education are the main motivators for Aliya to start this pre-school in Goa.

Above all, Aliya is nicknamed 'Child Whisperer' - her ability to connect with little children and understand what is bothering them or what they need is truly a gift, and something that parents should take great comfort in.
